Hello dear friend I am Mike Thompson I have been working on a matter for the last three years that really
needs your attention and help. I am involved in prison ministry and have found out that prisoners can't
become an Organ Donor or Blood Donor if they want to. I have met a lot of prisoners in all different states
that want to become donors and our government want let them. If they were allowed to do this a lot of people
lives could be saved through them. I have contacted many Congressmen about this matter and have gotten
no response from them or they have given me different excuses why prisoners aren't allowed to become
donors. There is no excuse for this. I guess they just have never had a loved one or seen a tinny little baby
that his or hers life demands a organ transplant and has past away because one can't be found. This is
terrible and heart breaking. Just stop and think, If prisoners could become just blood donors there probably
wouldn't be such a blood shortage. I just visited with one Representative and he said he had never thought
about it and something needs to be done about it. He said this matter really needs to be brought to the
attention of the citizens of the United States and this is what I am doing and need your help. If you can
contact your local News stations, Radio stations, Congressmen, and Churches maybe something could
change to save the life of a loved one or little child life that's  in desperate need for one. Just think by the
time it took you to read this message how many lives could have been saved through the help of a prisoner.
Thanks for your help and concern. Don't just think about this do something about it, you could make the
